What you need to do

Complete the following steps to insure that the Spring 2016 Training Meeting meets your needs and that you have the best possible experience:

Step 1


Make your hotel reservations, if needed.

You must make your reservations by February 26th in order to get the special group rate of $89. Group discount code is CCGA.

Step 2


Review the Training Sessions in the Conference Flyer.

Step 3


Check the menu and order your meals and pick the classes you want to attend.

The Conference Registration Fee is separate from the meals. Everyone will have to pay a saperate registration fee.

STEP 4


When the time arrives, review the Uniforms of the Day information, pack, and get ready for a weekend of fun, fellowship, and learning!

STEP 5


After attending the meeting (and if you are under orders), complete your Travel Voucher. See the FN Program page for instructions.

STEP 6


Make sure you record your time! Travel time, mileage, and time from when you left home to when you returned home should go on your 7029 form. Instructor time would go on a 7030.
