Scheduling Coastie

To schedule Coastie for an event in District 9 Western Region, fill out the Coastie Request Form. After each Coastie mission a 9th Western Coastie Discrepancy Report must be completed and sent to the Coastie Coordinator and the Assistant Coastie Administrator.

Each Coastie operator must fill out a Vehicle Facility Offer for Use (VOFU) form (ANSC 7065). Please email the 7065 form to .
